second plate in digital imaging
nailed my second plate in Digital Imaging :)) Thanks to Jayvee for helping me the entire shoot by accompanying me with various locations in Marinduque when I went home for Christmas break and to Marianne's cousin, Gerard for giving me tips and ideas for this shoot like my "infinite" shot :))) Though the auto-focus of my cam got broken because I wanted a perfect zoom-in blur shot of that word infinite. It was worth it. :))
Scores:
* Slow Shutter Speed - 96
* Fast Shutter Speed - 98
* Panning - 94
* Zoom in blur - 94
* Isolating the subject - 92

Waiting for something nice to happen this 2012
When school started and as always we're bombarded with school works, projects, written reports, exams but hey what better way to start this year than getting all these works... I'm overwhelmed (insert sarcastic tone here).
And just when I thought things could get any worse, my professor yesterday yelled me out of nowhere, seriously, like out of the blue. I was second to the last to be called for our graded recitation about some crap and all my classmates went home already because they were already experienced hell but some of my close friends decided to stay and wait for me and well, give their support (HAHA). After I answered the question and gave my best defense for my answers I got good comments, not to mention being grilled before that, I was kind of happy that it was over. So I was in my usual smiley face and my mentor kept yammering about how 70% of his students did not understand what they were talking about, he suddenly told me to stop doing this 'baby face' of mine even though I wasn't doing anything at all. Then he raged all hell (not literally) at me for not taking the subject seriously and then asked me (and the rest of my friends) to leave. What the hell? Are you kidding me? Believe me, of all my subjects this semester this is the one that I'm really serious with. I would not spend countless nights researching and dying of nervousness in his class without peeing in my pants but what credit do get? THIS.
I just wished I could have defended myself because personally, I don't like when people misunderstood something I did and I am not doing 'it' to step down on them. But, being well educated and taught that I should not talk back to my elders I decided to keep my mouth shut and did my poker face. This is the second time around that this happened, last semester one of my professors became bipolar and shit and I'm pretty sure, she was talking about me, but that was a different story.
But, like they say, this is how you get treated in the real word. You get yelled a lot. But at the back of my mind, yesterday was no exception. Sure, maybe employees get yelled at because they did something wrong and did not. I just hate it when people are in a bad mood and tired they are going to take it out on me. I get that a lot from my parents but like I said, yesterday was no exception. It was so unprofessional and its not going to do any good with students. I am not the only one who experienced this, but some of my friends too. I would have stayed and defended myself but he was already in a grumpy mood that I decided to keep my mouth shut or he might have failed me. I should have done what Chelsey (earlier class) did and explained herself but then I kept my mouth shut and acted my age, I hope other people would do too.
There, it let all out. This is so unhealthy if I'm going to keep it inside because I could have strangled anyone after that. More school works are waiting for me. This is so fun....YAY.
I'm going to end this post with a little quote from yours truly that I posted in twitter a while ago.
Perfection, there is no such thing cause there are people out there who would always find holes, make it bigger then rips you apart.
